Coming to a LIDL near you.... Congratulations to Danielle for landing our first major order for LIDL. This has been a big priority project that Danielle has been involved with for over a year, and we finally got the order this week. Our oils will be used in a nationwide Middle of LIDL launch for Fathers Day. Absolutely awesome result Danielle, well done!

I d like to congratulate Steph and thank her for her continued outstanding level of customer service. I received an email from one of our customers which contained the following feedback we were starting to get concerned about running over and missing our deadline, but Steph reassured us that she was going to do what she could to get us the samples in time and today they arrived with DHL she delivered on doing what she could to make sure that we got all the fragrance samples. I think she has been helping us with projects for about 2 3 years or so and have always been impressed with response times, and additional material requested to help decisions. It is probably a bit lengthy for a thank you, but I just felt she was deserving of recognition for going above and beyond, it is pretty rare with suppliers these days So huge thank you to Steph and your team for great service and the ongoing support Well done Steph and thank you for your exemplary level of commitment and service! I s also like to add that without the support from around the business, we could not offer this level of service so a great job all round. In this case, the customer was waiting for samples and ADS were able to prioritise and support Steph in responding quickly, so thank you to the ADS team for your continued support!

Laura is involved in and co ordinates the fire alarm testing, most, if not every week. Other Fire Marshalls have far less regular involvement and look to Laura as the go to person. Great job!
