At the heart of Carvansons is a team of experienced perfumers. Each brings a distinct approach to fragrance creation, shaping compositions that respond to product, context and application.

Chairman & Perfumer
Chairman John continues to be actively involved in many UK fragrance projects, working alongside the UK sales and sampling team to create fragrances for all purposes.

Managing Director & Head Perfumer
Luke is both Managing Director and head of perfumery. Luke is never happier when working on customer briefs, selection projects and developing bespoke scents for customers.

Alex Gilham
Technical Perfumer
Alex is responsible for managing the analytical and perfumery team and overseeing all technical aspects of the fragrance creation process.

Graham Wakerley
Senior Perfumer
Graham works mainly on international fragrance projects. Many of these projects are fine fragrance and scent-matching projects.

Fragrance Evaluator
Anthony works on a wide variety of customer fragrance selection projects and is heavily involved in the development of our fragrance collections.
